Chorale & March in Eb (PDF format)

Description

Both the Chorale and the March are based on a very similar theme. While the tempo of both sections is identical, the chorale is notated in augmentation. A more experience band would appreciate the chorale conducted in cut common time.

Although this is intended as a more challenging Grade 1 composition, a young band will enjoy working on this at the start of their second year. Ranges are very reasonable (with clarinet below the break), and the only syncopated rhythm in the March is repeated often and easy to learn.
